Who We Are

The IVA team is small, but we pack a pretty punch of administrative & accounting expertise with nearly 20 years of successful experience in former roles supporting CEOs, Partners, Attorneys, & Corporate Accounting Departments.  

We love that we are not a large conglomerate of VAs because we can offer truly personalized support. 

In fact, for the duration of your time as a client, you work with one VA who knows what you need done & how you like it done.

Our mission is to help forward-thinking entrepreneurs and creatives stay organized, efficient, and stress-free. We're all about getting things done and keeping it positive while we do it.  We believe in good vibes and this extends beyond our clients to the communities they represent.  

Therefore, 10% of revenue from each IVA invoice is donated to a non-profit of our client's choice.

Service Levels

IVA offers four Service Level options, based on hours per month & flat-rate options for one-time administrative or accounting projects.

In addition to executive-level support, you have the option to also receive IVA Discovery, Onboarding, & unlimited Client Meetings to include Weekly Check-ins/Hour Reports, & a client space on IVA's online workspace (Asana) to organize tasks, share files, converse, & track EVERYTHING in-between.

Getting started is simple!  

Start with a complimentary IVA Discovery Meeting!  For prospective clients, we highly recommend allowing us the opportunity to introduce you to IVA!  Don't worry - there's no need to expect a hard-sell conversation.  We just want to get to know you and send you links to some of our work so that you can make a well-informed decision about working with us.  You can always book your IVA Discovery Meeting here, with options for a phone call or virtual meeting through Zoom or Google Meet.

Review & sign your contract!  We require a signed contract prior to the start of work. When IVA services start, you will receive a copy of your signed contract, IVA Welcome Packet, and first month's invoice.

Schedule your IVA Onboarding Meeting!  This is where we get down to details.  We talk systems, tasks, deadlines, and schedule status meetings, if necessary.  We also get you set up on your IVA workspace or you set us up on yours!
